What the site describes

Quoin Data Inc. collects U.S. property records direct from the agencies that issue them, across five record categories: sales and ownership, tax and assessments, permits and licenses, zoning and land use, and property characteristics. Washington, D.C. is live today. The North East U.S. and South East U.S. are next, with no date committed.
